Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Due to the handcrafted and made to order nature of our leather watch straps, we kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully before placing an order.

Order Modification

You may request to modify your order within 36 hours of placing it.

Order modifications may include:

Correcting personal details
Adjusting size, color, or strap specifications
Updating non-structural order parameters

Once production has started, further modifications may not be possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

After this period, the order may already be in material preparation or production and cannot be canceled without incurring fees.

Orders in Production

If your order has entered the production stage but has not yet been shipped and you still wish to cancel, a 20% production and material handling fee will apply.

This fee covers:

Leather selection and cutting
Preparation of components
Labor time already allocated to your order

Customized & Personalized Orders

Orders that are customized, bespoke, or personalized are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Customized or personalized items include, but are not limited to:

Engraved products
Custom sizing outside standard options
Special color, stitching, or hardware requests
