Returns & Refunds Policy
At CERNIR, every watch strap is handcrafted with care using natural leather. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to resolving any issues fairly and transparently.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our support team at support@cernir.com before returning any item. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
1. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items
We accept returns if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect, or
- You received an item that does not match your order details.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order or as soon as the issue is discovered.
2. Natural Variations in Handcrafted Leather
CERNIR watch straps are made from genuine leather. Due to the nature of handcrafted products:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or grain may occur
- Slight differences (generally within 10%) caused by natural materials, lighting, or screen display are considered normal and part of the character of handcrafted leather
These variations are not considered defects.
Returns Based on Product Condition
1. Unused Products
Watch straps in unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs), provided that:
- The strap shows no signs of wear, bending, or creasing
- The buckle tongue has not been inserted into the strap holes
2. Worn, Customized, or Personalized Products
Returns for straps that are:
- Worn or show signs of use
- Customized or made-to-order (including Apple Watch straps, PAM straps, custom sizing, or design modifications)
- Personalized with names, initials, or engravings
may be subject to a restocking fee, as these items cannot be resold as new.
The fee is assessed based on the condition and level of customization and may be up to 80% of the product value.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please include your order number inside the return package
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after approval
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Do not send returns without contacting us first
- Unauthorized returns may be refused
- We reserve the right to offer alternative resolutions when appropriate, including repair, replacement, or partial refund
