Every custom Cernir strap is made to order in Vietnam through a careful workshop process. From leather selection to edge finishing and final inspection, each step is handled with control, patience, and attention to detail.

Review Your ConfigurationWe check your selected leather, color, size, buckle, stitching, lining, and notes before crafting begins.

Select & Cut the LeatherThe leather is selected and cut according to your chosen strap width, length, and style.

Assemble & StitchThe strap is assembled, stitched, and shaped by hand based on your selected construction.

Finish the EdgesEdges are painted, dried, polished, and sealed to create a clean handmade finish.

Inspect Before ShippingEach strap is checked for fit, stitching, edge finishing, and overall craftsmanship before it leaves our workshop.
