Shipping Origin
All orders are crafted and dispatched from our workshop in Vietnam.
Each piece is carefully prepared before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period required to handcraft, inspect, and prepare your order before it ships.
- Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Free)
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Other countries: 10–15 business days
Express Shipping (Fee applies)
- Worldwide: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email including:
- Order number
- Order summary
- Total cost
- Shipping address

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Orders are delivered directly to your chosen address home, office, or other preferred location.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, and Singapore Post, depending on destination and service level.
Shipping costs vary based on destination and order value.
To support our customers, a portion of expedited shipping costs is subsidized by CERNIR, helping reduce the overall expense of international delivery.
