Shipping, Delivery & Taxes
Every CERNIR watch strap is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Vietnam. This page explains our production time, shipping transit times, total estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, and import taxes.
Production Time
We handcraft, inspect, and prepare each order within 3–7 business days. This is our production (handling) time and is separate from the carrier’s shipping transit time.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
The total estimate below is calculated as production time + shipping transit time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, remote locations, peak seasons, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Express shipping uses tracked priority service. Rates shown below are in US dollars.

Express shipping has the same estimated transit time of 5–8 business days worldwide. The regional groups above determine the shipping fee only.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address. Please review these details carefully.
When your order leaves our workshop, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination and selected service, we use trusted carriers such as DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, and Singapore Post. The final carrier may vary by route.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by local authorities.
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Any applicable duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
- If an order is refused because customs charges are unpaid, resulting return shipping or handling fees may not be refundable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. CERNIR is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional fees may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an address error.
