Frequently asked questions
Is a side-stitch strap as strong as a fully stitched one?
Yes, for normal wear. The layers are bonded together, the edges are sealed with several coats of paint, and a short locking stitch secures each lug end.
What is the difference between Side-Stitch and Stitchless?
A Stitchless strap has no visible thread at all. Side-Stitch keeps the edges free of stitching but adds a short locking stitch at each lug end. You can choose either style in Customise on any product page.
How long does a made-to-order strap take?
We make each strap in 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping then takes 7–10 business days to the US and 10–15 business days to most other countries.
