Find your lug width
Lug width is the gap between the inner edges of your watch’s lugs, where the strap fits. Your strap must match it, in mm.
Check your current strap. The back is often stamped “20-16” or “20”, or measure its width at the watch end. Trust it only if that strap fits well.
Look up your watch model or reference online.
Measure between the lugs with a caliper or mm ruler (most reliable).
Good to know
Measure between the inner edges of the lugs, not the outer edges or across the case.
Got 19.5 or another size not listed? Choose Custom. We make any width.
Buckle width: the second number
20 → 16 mm means 20 mm at the watch and 16 mm at the buckle. The strap narrows between the two.
Copy a strap you like: use the second number stamped on its back, or measure its width right before the buckle.
Not sure? Our pairs follow the usual taper for each lug width. If yours has two options (20 → 16 or 20 → 18), the bigger step down tends to look slimmer and dressier.

The calculator suggests a length from your wrist and your watch together; the same wrist can need a different size with a larger watch. Already have a strap that fits well? Measure it the same way and choose the closest size, or Custom. See the full size chart →

Lug width is the inside gap between your watch’s lugs and must match it. We make any width, for example 19.5. Buckle width is the narrow end, an even number from 10 to 24 mm, never wider than the lug width.
→
Buckle width cannot be wider than lug width.
LengthLong → short · mm

The long end must be at least as long as the short end.
Thread colorOptional
Keep the thread in the product photos, match it to the leather, choose cream for contrast, or pick another color. Not shown for Stitchless straps.

Curved endOptional
A curved end finishes the strap end in a gentle curve (+$10). It’s a style detail: it isn’t made to match your watch case exactly, so a gap may remain.
PersonalizationOptional
Up to 10 characters, embossed inside the lining. We emboss exactly what you type, so please check spelling and capitals.
Orange is a bright, saturated colour that stands out on the wrist and works best with simple dials. This Orange Sailcloth watch strap looks sharp against black, white and grey dials, and with steel cases. The stitching is a matching orange, so the strap reads as one block of colour.
As a Padded strap it measures 4.5mm at the lugs, thinning to 2.0mm at the tail, with a raised centre that adds bulk. Zermatt calfskin, or rubber if you prefer, lines the back of the rubber sailcloth upper. It is a sporty choice for a black-dial diver or a chronograph.
Made by hand in our Da Nang workshop. Pictured here on a vintage Rolex Submariner and a Tudor diver. A silver buckle keeps the focus on the orange, while black gives a stealthier finish on a dark-cased watch.
