PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Warm tan leather outside and a red goatskin lining inside make this Tan Buttero leather curved end watch strap quietly two-tone. The tan is a warm caramel shade, and cream stitching keeps the outside relaxed and casual. It pairs with white, cream, black and blue dials, on steel or gold cases.
It is cut in our Slim style, 2.5mm at the lugs tapering to 1.8mm, with a Curved End: the lug end is finished in a gentle curve instead of a straight cut. It is a style detail and is not made for one particular watch, so a small gap can remain between the strap and the case. The outer Buttero is vegetable-tanned by Conceria Walpier in Tuscany; it starts smooth and firm, and in our experience it gradually darkens and takes on a soft sheen with wear. In place of our usual Zermatt lining, the inside is red Alran Chevre Sully goatskin from the French tannery Alran.
The photos show it on a Bulova chronograph with a black dial. A silver buckle suits a steel case like this one, and yellow gold matches the caramel tone.
